During 2026 the apartment is open for booking only for July for up to 4 people, including children. The minimum lenght of stay is 7 nights. The apartment is not appropriate for children below 4-5 years of age.

The price of the apartment is 130 Euro per night for the entire apartment, including all taxes.

Unrecoverable advance payment of 20 % is requested upon booking. All payments are made via bank transfers only. Cash payments are not acceptable.

You will be asked for your personal data upon accommodation.

Smoking is allowed only at the terraces. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning and change of linens sheet is once per week/10 days, included in the price. Guests are expected to leave the apartment as they find it, including the kitchen.

You will find the electronic key in a lock box at the apartment's door. The access to the apartment is via ONE electronic card. Please do not lose it. Air-conditions work only if all windows are closed and the card is inside the apartment.

Check-in is after 14:00 and checkout is before 11:00. If possible you will be accommodated earlier for free. Late checkouts during the high season are rarely possible.

Upon request you could be assisted by a local person, fluent in Greek and Bulgarian.
