The apartment is located a couple of meters from the beach parking of Nea Iraklitsa and a large quality food supermarket. The beach and the Promenada with the restaurants are just 20 - 30 meters from the apartment, but still away from the noise. If there is no space to park on the street, the public parking is just few meters away and costs a couple of euro for the entire day.
Set on the second floor, the apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room exits to a spacious terrace with a sea view. During the night one can see the lights of Kavala in the distance. Another building partially limits the sea view, but it is still wonderful.
The apartment is regularly renovated and is completely furnished with kitchen devices, including dish washing machine, a coffee machine and cutlery. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining table. The bedrooms look at the backyard and are about 15 sq.m. each. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable boxspring beds, King size and Queen size, respectively.
There is garden furniture on the terrace.
All 3 rooms are air-conditioned, automatically switched off when exiting from the apartment or when opening the windows. Free Internet and Bulsatcom TV are available.
